problem with starting ispLEVER Classic Project Navigator

I have ispMACH 4000ZE Pico Development Kit from Lattice. I want to use it for reprogramming Lattice Mach4000. For this is free software called ispLEVER Classic. I downloaded it and installed successfully. Once I click the ispLEVER Classic Project Navigator, I see small window with top bar: "FLEXnet Licence Finder".
I am unable to start the ispLEVER Classic Project Navigator.
